We keep this simple, like everything else here.

What we collect

When you request a stay, we collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone number, city, your chosen week, and any note you add. That's all.

How it's used

Only to arrange your stay: confirming availability, holding your cottage, and reaching you on WhatsApp or email about your booking. We don't run advertising, sell data, or send newsletters you didn't ask for.

Where it lives

Booking requests are stored securely in our booking database (hosted on Supabase). Access is restricted to the small team that runs the retreat.

Third parties

The site embeds YouTube videos only after you press play (using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player). WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
